About Me
I’m Stephanie, a fully qualified and insured member of the Association of Reflexologists.

After feeling the wonderful benefits reflexology had on my own wellbeing, I qualified as a reflexologist with London School of Reflexology in 2017, and am still often amazed at how reflexology can bring healing and balance to the body.

Alongside reflexology I have spent the last 12 years working or studying mental health and wellbeing. I am qualified to Level 3 in Counselling, and as an Emotional Literacy Mentor, have extensive working knowledge of neurodivergence, and currently volunteer as a Young Person Mentor within a mental health charity.

My most important role though is being mum to my three children, who keep me very busy in my spare time!

About Be Reflexology
Be Reflexology provides a warm, calm space, and encourages your mind and body to pause, breathe, and just be.

I know for many of us our own wellbeing is something we don’t often have time to think about, but actually, with today’s expectations and deadlines it is more important than ever that we do. Reflexology can be a wonderful tool to help you rest and reset, making it that little bit easier to be and feel the best version of yourself.

My studio in Walton on Thames welcomes you to step away from the chaos. Music, fragrance and lighting can be tailored to your needs. I have air conditioning and heating, as well as an infrared heated chair, with or without blankets for you to enjoy, if you would like them.

How does reflexology work?
Reflexology is a complementary therapy which works by applying gentle pressure to reflex points on the hands or feet, that are thought to correspond to the systems within our body.

Through gentle techniques which can increase circulation and relaxation, the body is able to rest and rebalance, wherever it needs to.

Reflexology works best as a holistic therapy, alongside mainstream medicine and healthy lifestyle choices. As a reflexologist I cannot diagnose or cure illness, but I can work with you to try and achieve overall, improved wellbeing.
