Full 50-minute treatments are given in the comfort of your own home, where I bring all that is needed to provide you with a relaxing and nourishing treatment.
The first treatment will last around 1 hour 15 minutes, and begins with a consultation and chat about what you’d like to get from reflexology, so I can tailor your treatment to best suit you. We can also look at possible lifestyle and diet suggestions that may help you achieve your desired outcome.
I also offer express 30-minute treatments, which means you can still reap the benefits of reflexology, even when time is tight.
